Exadata Database Hangs when Using diag_dest Destination to NFS Share

Applies to:Linux OS - Version Oracle Linux 7.0 with Unbreakable Enterprise Kernel [3.8.13] and later
RAC database hangs when diag_dest parameter is changed to write to a NFS share.
It creates NFS lock files when DB tries to write TFA files to NFS share
Below logs is observed in messages file :
