Exadata Database Hangs when Using diag_dest Destination to NFS Share (Doc ID 2669359.1)

Symptoms

RAC database hangs when diag_dest parameter is changed to write to a NFS share.

It creates NFS lock files when DB tries to write TFA files to NFS share

Below logs is observed in messages file :

May 7 17:06:44 <hostname> rpcbind[254775]: connect from 127.0.0.1 to getport/addr(status): request from unauthorized host
May 7 17:06:44 <hostname> kernel: [4040246.388631] RPC: server rpc.statd requires stronger authentication.
May 7 17:06:47 <hostname> rpcbind[26721]: warning: /etc/hosts.allow, line 3: host name/name mismatch: localhost.localdomain != localhost
May 7 17:06:47 <hostname> kernel: [4040249.396525] RPC: server rpc.statd requires stronger authentication



Changes

 Exadata upgrade to 19, where OS is upgraded from Oracle Linux 6 to Oracle Linux 7
