OLVM - Error When Creating The Self Hosted Engine: engine-backup: command not found (Doc ID 2673554.1)

Symptoms

OLVM 4.2.8 , when attempting to create the Self Hosted Engine. "engine-backup" command cannot be found" where the backup file is to be applied
