Outbound Connectivity Not Working For Instance (Doc ID 2674564.1)

Linux OS - Version Oracle Linux 7.7 with Unbreakable Enterprise Kernel [4.14.35] and later
Linux x86-64

Goal

Customer reported OracleLinux EC2 instance running in AWS.

The outbound connectivity (Example  yum.oracle.com ) from that instance is not working,infra support team verified the Security Group and Network ACL configuration.

The other instances which are in same subnet and same security group was able to do the outbound connection.
