OVM: "Update Required" Still Shows "No" Though The Update Job Runs Periodically and Oracle VM Server Is Not Updated (Doc ID 2681787.1)

Oracle VM - Version 3.4.1 and later

In Oracle VM Manager Web UI, "Servers and VMs" tab, OVM Server shows "No" in "Update Required" column.

However at Oracle VM Server command line, if you run "yum update", there are a bunch of rpms returned.
