Oracle Linux: Server Auto Reboots Continuously "BUG: unable to handle kernel paging request at ffffffffaf2badc0" "COMMAND: "bpftool"" (Doc ID 2693380.1)

Server will not be stable. After a complete server startup, it waits for few seconds then the server will crash and will go for a reboot. This cycle repeats continuously. Server doesn't stay stable when booted with older kernel as well. The server seems to be stable in rescue mode. So that confirms no hardware issue.
