Oracle VM: Deleting a Oracle VM Server Fails With an Error "Couldn't find a Server object with the identifier of xxxxx [hostname]" (Doc ID 2693547.1)

Symptoms

When attempted to delete a Oracle VM Server from the  Oracle VM Manager UI , it fails with the below error :

Changes

 Hostname and the IP Address of the server was changed after removing it from the OVM Manager.

With new hostname/IP the server was discovered but in locked state in the unassigned servers list.
