OLVM:VM Stuck in "Powering Down" Status (Doc ID 2703625.1)

Symptoms

When click 'Shutdown' for a VM, it keeps stuck at "Powering Down" status for hours in AdminPortal.

vdsm has scheduled the vm.destory but VM guest doesn't respond
