OVM: Oracle VM Server in "Unassigned Servers" Folder Showing "Server Running Unknown" (Doc ID 2705554.1)

Symptoms

When moving mouse cursor to an Oracle VM Server in "Unassigned Servers" folder in OVM Manager BUI -> "Servers and VMs" tab, there is a small popup windows appears on the selected OVM Server saying  "Server Running Unknown", however both OVM Server's ovs-agent.log and OVM Manager's AdminServer.log appear normal.

Changes

A new OVM Server is discovered into OVM Manager BUI or an OVM Server is moved from a server pool to the "Unassigned Servers" folder.
