Duplicate VG Names On Dom0 After Mapping DomU Virtual Disk (Doc ID 2708183.1)

Symptoms

After the DomU virtual disk is mapped on the Dom0, there are Duplicate VG name errors in the vgs command's output on Dom0.
# vgs -v
Using volume group(s) on command line.
Cache: Duplicate VG name <VGNAME>: Prefer existing <VG_UUID1> vs new <VG_UUID2>
Cache: Duplicate VG name <VGNAME>: Prefer existing <VG_UUID1> vs new <VG_UUID2>
