[PCA] "pca-admin diagnose ilom" Report Duplicate Error for Management Nodes When Only One Error Exists

Symptoms
On Oracle Private Cloud Appliance running with 2.4.2 or 2.3.4 software release, when there is hardware related issue on one management node, running "pca-admin diagnose ilom" could show both nodes in faulty status.
For example:
[root@ovcamn05r1 ~]# pca-admin diagnose ilom
