[PCA] "pca-admin diagnose ilom" Report Duplicate Error for Management Nodes When Only One Error Exists (Doc ID 2710361.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Private Cloud Appliance running with 2.4.2 or 2.3.4 software release, when there is hardware related issue on one management node, running "pca-admin diagnose ilom" could show both nodes in faulty status.

For example:

And as showing in the above example, the detailed information for both management nodes would be identical, including part UUID & Serial Number.
