On : Oracle Linux 7.8 version, Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager(OLVM)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Self Hosted Engine deployment process fails on a KVM host with EPYC processor on UEK5 kernel with the following error:

"the CPU is incompatible with host CPU: Host CPU does not provide required features: virt-ssbd"

No issue is seen when deploying using UEK6 and RHCK kernel in KVM Hosts

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
No SHE deployment failure expected for EPYC processor running on UEK5 kernel
