Linux OS - Version Oracle Linux 7.8 with Unbreakable Enterprise Kernel [4.14.35] and later
Linux x86-64

Symptoms

VM with more than 1TB of memory allocated to it panics at boot. If memory allocated is less than 1024GB the VM boots normally.

Changes

 Set VM RAM allotment to 1024GB or more.
