Oracle VM: One VM Fails To Run After Start On A Particular Server Within Server Pool (Doc ID 2736703.1)

Symptoms

A VM Fails to Run after it starts on a particular Server (A) and the VM crashes immediately. The issue occurs even though there are other VM's running on the server (A) and the VM has no issue running on other servers in the server pool. 


 

The following is observed in xend.log:
