Cron not writing errors to user mailbox (/usr/spool/mail/_user)

Symptoms
Cron, by default, writes failed cron jobs information in user mailbox (/var/spool/mail/<USER> directory), but this doesn't work with users which their username has special characters.
In this case, the username starts with "_" and it's not writting mails to its mailbox.
mail command ends with "No mail for _user" message
