Startup of VM Guest using PXE boot fails. (Doc ID 2743407.1)

VM Guest fails to start via API call and boot_order PXE.
The reported error is different depending on the domain_type being used for the VM Guest.
- Domain_type XEN_PVM:
  - OVMRU_005104E: The PVM guest domain type is no longer supported in Oracle VM when using vmDomainType XEN_PVM
- Domain_type XEN_HVM or XEN_HVM_PV_DRIVERS:
  - OVMRU_005034E: Unable to set network install path on non-PV Virtual Machine when using vmDomainType XEN_HVM or XEN_HVM_PV_DRIVERS
