Oracle Linux: Creating Files on NFS Share Mount Fails with Error "No space left on device” even though there is Enough Disk Space (Doc ID 2750846.1)

Symptoms

Unable to create files on a NFS share mounted in a client host, with fail message "No space left on device”. Even though there is plenty of disk space, Eg.:

The "No space left on device” message can show up with multiple actions over the filesystem(FS), like mkdir, touch, vim file edit, even an application IO system call that triggers it. It can show on screen or in the /var/log/messages.
