[PCA 2.x] Pre_upgrade Check Failed on zfssa_session with "HTTP Error 502: Proxy Error" (Doc ID 2751621.1)

The pca_upgrader log shows following error:

It looks similar to the existing KM 2387979.1, but we have double-checked, there is no password issue, no proxy settings.
