Oracle Linux: How to Setup Sudo Edit for root Owned files "sudoedit" (Doc ID 2753192.1)

This document explains steps to allow sudo edit on a file and directory. 

Ex: Non-root user(userA) should be able to edit any file under /etc/httpd which is owned by the root user.
