Symptoms
Customer was noticing these port down events and at times, DB gets hung during the port transition.
Initially, DB Node crashing due to high RDS latency issue (IB Ports going up/down) after DB hung.
For few incidents, there was no DB node crash.
Issue not visible in daily business operational activity, its intermittent & occurring frequency between 15-20 days.
IB support team was not seeing any issue in IB layer, when IB switch layer suspected/checked. Hardware is clean as per Hardware team.
