OLVM: Unable to Access VM Portal with Error: "Query execution failed due to insufficient permissions". (Doc ID 2761326.1)

Symptoms

Unable to access the VM Portal with a non-admin user (user with "UserVmManager" / "UserRole" roles.). The user will login and logout within few seconds.

In engine.log, below error will be shown:

ERROR [org.ovirt.engine.core.bll.GetPermissionsForObjectQuery] (default task-21) [faaea746-0861-4c36-b735-741e97184317] Query execution failed due to insufficient permissions.
