[PCA] Upgrade of Management Node Firmware Caused VM Outage due to Unexpected Mounts on /nfs/shared_storage (Doc ID 2762072.1)

Upgrade of a PCA Management node failed at the point where "umount" of the /nfs/shared_storage failed due to extraneous mounts.

This led to rollback of the upgrade, which caused timeout issues leading to node outage.
