On a PCA 2.4.3 (or later), creating Kubernetes cluster fails, a typical error from ovca.log shows:

Error (VM_ERROR_004): Virtual machine <hostname of k8s node> get message failed after XX seconds: external ip address not available, it may be in use if this is a static network or the interface may not have a valid address if this is a DHCP network..
