[PCA 2.x] The pca_healthchecker Reports "java.lang.IllegalArgumentException" If Compute Node IPMI Not Enabled (Doc ID 2764976.1)

If one or more compute nodes do not have IPMI enabled, pca_healthchecker reports it as expected, for example:

Checking IPMI model
Error: There are 8 IPMI Controllers in the model, expected 16

However, pca_healthchecker then reports a java.lang.IllegalArgumentException:
