The ID_SERIAL/SCSI_ID of disks which are added to guest VMs changed after upgrading OLVM environment from OLVM 4.3.6 to 4.3.10

Before upgrade :

After upgrade:
0QEMU_QEMU_HARDDISK_cf8fb963-9910-4a78-8616-ef6438bbfbbf

Upgrade OLVM environment from 4.3.6 to 4.3.10
