Oracle Linux: Network Traffic Stops after Error "eth3 (bnxt_en) transmit queue 0 timed out" (Doc ID 2765735.1)

A server is running with Broadcom 10/25Gb cards ( BCM57414 ) in a bonded 802.3ad. LACP configuration, and experiences spikes in %sys cpu utilization due to several in parallels running ps process, the following error may be shown on the console ( dmesg )


Despite the reset of eth3, it does not resume traffic.
