Symptoms

Upgrade of the OLVM engine host from 4.3.6 to 4.3.10 fails with the following error at "engine-setup" stage:

"[ ERROR ] Failed to execute stage 'Misc configuration': Failed to start service 'openvswitch'"

Changes

Kernel UEK6 was upgraded from 5.4.17-2011.6.2.el7uek.x86_64 to 5.4.17-2036.103.3.el7uek.x86_64.
