SHE Installation Fails With "Engine VM Is Not Running, Please Check Vdsm Logs" (Doc ID 2768690.1)

SHE installation fails "Engine VM is not running, please check vdsm logs"
and the the logfile /var/log/vdsm/vdsm.log shows :
