How to Customize Oracle VM Server's Status Console on Its "tty1" Console (Doc ID 2769282.1)

Goal

Oracle VM Server has a component '/usr/sbin/console' which is associated with tty1 console and show some host, cluster and manager's information and status on the console.

Sometimes there is a need to customize Oracle VM Server's status console to include some welcome message.

This note explains if it is do able and how to do it.
