Symptoms

Oracle Linux Manager 2.10 client machine running OL8.x doesn't show/list/install/update packages from "ol8_x86_64_developer_EPEL" channel.

In the below example, installation of "configsnap" rpm package from "ol8_x86_64_developer_EPEL" channel failed with the error.
