OVM: Why "Restart Action on Crash" Drop Box Is Greyed Out When Server Is "Any" in "Create Virtual Machine" Wizard Window (Doc ID 2770417.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle VM Manager -> "Servers and VMs" Tab -> Select a server pool in left panel -> Click "Create a Virtual Machine..." button ->Select "Create a new VM" -> Next

In the "Create Virtual Machine" window, "Server" drop box is "Any" and "Restart Action On Crash"  drop box is greyed out. Once a specific OVM server is selected in the "Server" dropbox.

"Restart Action On Crash"  drop box becomes active and selectable.

Creating a new virtual machine for a server pool.
