How to fix an exported OVF file from an OVA archive created either from Oracle VM Manager or other virtualization technologies such as Citrix or VMware. (Doc ID 2776642.1)

The target of this document is to provide guidance for customers using Enterprise Manager (EM13c) 13c IaaS with an ova file (assembly) which has been created from either Oracle VM, Citrix or Vmware.
The export process removes key areas from the OVF file which is part of the OVA archive. These key areas are required by the Enterprise Manager 13c IaaS framework to enable the IaaS provisioning flow to interact with the user.
Problems seen are failure to import and no options to select via the Enterprise Manager 13c IaaS portal provisioning flow.
