Oracle Linux Manager: OL8 Client's Update Status is Incorrect in Web UI (Doc ID 2780103.1)

Symptoms

In OLM 2.10 web UI, OL8 client's "System Status" page shows that "System is up to date" but "System Overview" page shows that "Updates available".

Under the OLM 2.10 UI login > Systems > for all "OL8" clients it shows packages are available for updates.
But, under the OLM 2.10 UI login > Systems > Click on any OL8 client, then "System Status" is shown as "System is up to date"

Further, from a CLI interface on the OL8 client a "dnf list updates" shows no updates available.

This inconsistency status is specific to OL8 clients only. All OL7 clients subscribed that are consistent between views.
