[PCA 2.x / OVM] Refresh Repository Fails due to Wrong Manager UUID (Doc ID 2783951.1)

Private Cloud Appliance - Version 2.3.1 and later
Oracle VM - Version 3.4.1 and later
Linux x86-64

Symptoms

Refresh Repo script fails with below error:

Refreshed the NFS share in OVMM GUI ->  Storage tab -> File Servers
Then, the repository added automatically under the Repositories tab but in the "Show All Repositories" Tab with no Ownership enabled.
