OLVM: Host Engine Upgrade Is Failing With Error Messages "Failed to start service 'ovirt-imageio-proxy'" (Doc ID 2786579.1)

Symptoms

 On Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager (OLVM), the host engine upgrade is failed with following error messages below.

Upgrade error messages:

[ INFO ] Configuring Image I/O Proxy

ATTENTION 

Manual actions are required on the engine host in order to

enroll certs for this host and configure the engine to use it. 

Please execute this command on the engine host:

engine-config -s ImageProxyAddress=olvm-host.example.com:54323 

and then restart the engine service to make it effective 

[ INFO ] Updating /etc/ovirt-imageio-proxy/ovirt-imageio-proxy.conf to use apache key and certificate

[ INFO ] Generating post install configuration file '/etc/ovirt-engine-setup.conf.d/20-setup-ovirt-post.conf'
