Oracle Linux Manager: "Spacecmd" Command Fails With Error "ConfigParser.InterpolationSyntaxError: '%' must be followed by '%'" (Doc ID 2786582.1)

Symptoms

In ~/.spacecmd/config file the admin user's password is not being parsed properly. If password field contains a special character '%' then "spacecmd" command fails to run with the below error.

Changes

When using the ~/.spacecmd/config file in the home directory to authenticate with the spacecmd CLI.
The password field in the config file ~/.spacecmd/config contains a special character %
