Oracle Linux Manager: A Scheduled Errata Job in OLM Web UI Shows "Page Request Error" (Doc ID 2787077.1)

OLM Web UI throws "Page Request Error" when trying to apply an errata and checking it's scheduled job page.

Spacewalk UI > Errata > Select any Errata > Affected Systems > Apply Errata > Confirm > Click on "scheduled" link

Following errors are noticed in /var/log/messages:
