Oracle Linux: Unable To Download Packages From the ULN Repositories Using Reposync (Doc ID 2787365.1)

Symptoms

When using reposync commmand on a system registerted to ULN network to download packages from ULN repository , packages does not get downloaded. But when reposync command is used to download packages from public repository, packages get downloaded.

Eg. with a YUM public repository:

Nothing is downloaded.
