Spacewalk: Cannot Delete Inactive Systems from Spacewalk UI (Doc ID 2793698.1)

Linux OS - Version Oracle Linux 7.0 with Unbreakable Enterprise Kernel [3.8.13] and later
Linux x86-64

Symptoms

Unable to delete inactive/duplicate clients from Spacewalk UI.
Login into Spacewalk UI > Go to Systems > Inactive or Duplicate Systems > Select all inactive > Manage > Misc (Delete)

There will be a 5mins delay and finally job gets timeout without a success.

Below errors are seen from /var/log/rhn/rhn_server_xmlrpc.log.
