Symptoms

Unable to Perform Storage Domain Operations. Regularly Getting VDSM Errors and the KVM Node Keeps Disconnecting From the Cluster

engine.log shows:

After putting the domain in maintenance mode (Check ignore ovf update failure) and trying to re-activate :

Storage domain not in pool: u'domain=<domain_uuid>, pool=<pool_uuid>'
