Symptoms
X8M Exadata (RoCE switches) with two KVM hosts which has GI 19c , and databases with version 11g and 12c.
After the patches where installed, 2 hours later the databases which where running on the node1 where partially reachable.
The tnsping had high latency numbers.
Changes
Patches that where installed on GRID Infrastructure.
