OLVM: Host becomes nonresponsive after hardening pam.d (Doc ID 2796734.1)

Symptoms

Append the following line into the /etc/pam.d/system-auth, host became
connecting then nonresponsive.

session required pam_lastlog.so showfailed

vdsm.log:
