[PCA 2.4.4] Faultmonitor Check firewall_monitor Fails due to "nc: command not found" (Doc ID 2797364.1)

Symptoms

In PCA 2.4.4 rack, run pca-faultmonitor failed with error.

root@ovcamn05r1 ~]# pca-faultmonitor -m firewall_monitor
PCA Rack type: hardware_blue
Please refer the log file in /var/log/ovca-faultmonitor.log
Please look at fault report in /nfs/shared_storage/faultmonitor/20210803/
Note: Reports will not be created for success status
