OLVM: Importing VM to OLVM Using OVA Fails With Error "qemu-img: error while writing sector: No space left on device" (Doc ID 2799054.1)

Symptoms

Importing VM via OVA Fails With the below Error(in /var/log/vdsm/import/import-<UUID>.log on KVM host):

 Importing .ova file with "thin-provisioning". It succeeds with "pre-allocation".
