[PCA] Management node upgrade fails with Invalid FQN (Doc ID 2799376.1)

Symptoms

 While upgrading PCA to version 2.4.3, the pca_upgrader tool fails with Invalid FQN while upgrading the ovmm

/nfs/shared_storage/pca_upgrader/log/pca_upgrader_<date>.log shows:

The Oracle VM upgrade script finished with errors: 1
STDOUT:
Oracle VM Manager Release 3.4.6 Installer

Oracle VM Manager Installer log file:
/var/log/ovmm/ovm-manager-3-install-2021-07-30-001016.log
Invalid FQN: 192.168.140.4

STDERR:

Oracle VM upgrade failed

/var/log/ovmm/ovm-manager-3-install-<date>.log shows:

Ifconfig uses the ioctl access method to get the full address information, which limits hardware addresses to 8 bytes.
Because Infiniband address has 20 bytes, only the first 8 bytes are displayed correctly.
