Symptoms

Attaching a direct LUN to the VM fails with the following error seen in the events of OLVM Manager :

EVENT_ID: VDS_BROKER_COMMAND_FAILURE(10,802), VDSM<kvmhostname> command HotPlugDiskVDS failed: Requested operation is not valid: Domain already contains a disk with that address.
