[PCA 2.x] Attempt to Upload Firmware Package to ZFSSA Fails With "error: File corrupt or in wrong format: upload" (Doc ID 2799573.1)

Symptoms

 During the steps to upload the upgrade package on a PCA's Internal ZFS Storage Appliance (ZFSSA), fails with 'error: File corrupt or in wrong format: upload'.

Even an attempt to use the proper package ending with *.pkg.gz fails with the same error.

Changes

No changes to the environment, issue is seen during the upgrade process.
