Goal

Override module default streams from 10 to 13

[root@<server_name> ~]# yum --repo=AppStream8.latest* module list postgresql
Last metadata expiration check: 0:13:26 ago on Tue 24 Aug 2021 08:24:40 PM CDT.
AppStreams are used for optional app packages (like git or java) that get maintained outside the base OS

postgresql 9.6 client, server [d] PostgreSQL server and client module
postgresql 10 [d] client, server [d] PostgreSQL server and client module
postgresql 12 client, server [d] PostgreSQL server and client module
postgresql 13 [e] client, server [d] PostgreSQL server and client module
