Oracle Linux: New File Creation Fails With Error "Disk quota exceeded" (Doc ID 2802923.1)

The user's are unable to create the files in user's home directory.
The user's home directory is mounted from autofs/isilon NFS.

While trying to create a file under the mount point, the error "Disk quota exceeded" is seen.
