[PCA] SiteGuard Switchover Fails with Error "Number of discovered SAN DR filesystems [0] does not match expected SAN DR repo count [1]" (Doc ID 2804865.1)

Symptoms

Switchover from SiteA to SiteB succeeded, but switchback from SiteB to SiteA fails. The JobStepsLog shows:
