Goal
This document describes how to adjust max_hw_sectors_kb/max_sectors_kb in OVM environments.
max_sectors_kb determines the IO size at the block layer of the DomU/GuestVM, and is confined within a range between the page size (i.e. commonly at 4KiB) and max_hw_sectors_kb, whose value comes from the device driver. Divide these *_sectors_kb values by hw_sector_size translates to the number of sectors in each IO size.
